How much
we sleep varies from one individual to the next, according to our natural
constitution, our activity and our general life behaviour. Some people need very little sleep (three or
four hours a night) while others need to sleep nine or ten hours. Of course this need for sleep varies with
our general condition and health, and with the type and quantity of physical
and mental activity we have during the day. |
