We are a place
for communication, information and training dedicated to the respect of life,
of people and of our planetary environment.
We are independent of any industrial, commercial, lobby, religious or
political group. We have no links
whatsoever with the manufacture or distribution of food or pharmaceutical
products. |

We work
with ordinary people, members and non members of our organisation, with
company staff and executives, and with other private and public
organisations. We are building partnerships
to act, inform and educate within the education system. |

We are
convinced that prevention is one of the most long-term efficient means to
fight off disease and the misery it brings into sick people’s homes. We are convinced, like Hippocrates, that
our food is our first and best medicine.
We work in close link with medical doctors and therapeutists to
accompany and support medical treatments.
At times the nutritional approach is central to the healing process,
sometimes shiatsu can be of a great help, sometimes
they both contribute to the success of specific therapies. |

We do not
believe in recipes or standard or miracle diets. We believe that each individual is
unique. Just as people can be tall or
small, they can have green, black or blue eyes, they can be strong built or
thin built, their skin can be white, black or brown, etc., their organs can
have particular characteristics different from others. Some people have a fragile liver, others
very strong kidneys and yet others a lazy pancreas. Although the billions of cells have roughly
the same functions for everybody, they are far from identical from one person
to the next. We believe in the
exceptional value of the individual global approach taught by our far-eastern masters,
and in the vision of a great vital energy shared by all life and all
individuals. We are guided by this
approach in all our work, our evaluations and our counselling. |
